A question that pops into some women's minds is "Why are women more prone to depression then men?" So I did some research and here is what I came up with, but first lets define depression.

What is Depression?
Depression (also known as
clinical depression) is a long-term condition of feeling sad or depressed. It causes one the inability to concentrate, lose their appetite, feeling helpless and guilt, and thoughts of death.
What are some symptoms?
Fatigue
Anxiety
"Empty" Moods
Difficulty concentrating/focusing
Weight loss or gain
Irritability
Changes in sleeping patterns

*Everyone's experience with depression is unique but generally if you have 5 or more of the described symptoms over a prolonged time (more than two weeks), it is recommended that you seek help.
