Depression

by Kerline

Depression to Me

Researching on this topic was very hard for me to do. I suffer from depression myself. In the past, it was difficult for me to accept that I did have a problem. I didn't understand that what or how I thought about myself was not healthy. I don't want to get into detail about my depression because it is an ongoing process for me. But researching and writing about it has helped me deal with it even better each and every day. I thank my mom, my brother, and the rest of my family for giving me the strength to go on. Also, I would like to thank Dr. Jaffe and Kerry for listening to me and being open minded and for the rest of Our Health Our Futures group for giving me the inspiration and hope to go on. Thank You!
