Help and Information

Everyone needs help or someone to talk to now and then. In order to do this you need to find someone to trust, especially if it is about your health. I found many websites where teens, like me, are able to have factual information about the issue they are trying to deal with. Although these websites are convenient, it is always better to find a physician who you can confide in and talk about anything. Physicians, by law, are obliged to keep whatever is said between him/her and their patient Confidential. There are centers all around the U. S. where one can find help if you pick up a phonebook and look under "YWCA," "YMCA," "Adolescent Center," or "Free Clinics." You will be able to find help and comfort along with confidentiality at any age you might be. If perhaps you cannot reach out to your physician or find a center, there may be a counselor or teacher who you will be able to talk to and help you out with whatever may be troubling you. I hope that these links will give you the necessary information you are seeking.
